Mayor Slay said violence was not a constitutionally protected right.

Holder’s DOJ held special training sessions in St. Louis in early November on “fair and impartial policing.”
US Attorney General Eric Holder announced in August that the Department of Justice would investigate the shooting of Michael Brown and the Ferguson police department on possible “civil rights violations.”
