Five Rams players took the field on Sunday with their hands up – like protesters in Ferguson.
At least they didn’t torch the stadium. That’s good.
Sports Illustrated reported:
Five St. Louis Rams players took the field for Sunday’s home game against the Oakland Raiders with a “Hands Up, Don’t Shoot” pose that has been used by protestors in Ferguson, Missouri, and across the country recently.
The five players who were shown doing the gesture on CBS were Stedman Bailey, Tavon Austin, Jared Cook, Chris Givens and Kenny Britt.
Witnesses and three autopsies confirmed robber Michael Brown did not have his hands up when he was shot dead.
