KSDK reported:

Sanford Rubenstein, 70, is accused of assaulting the 42-year-old executive at his Manhattan home following a 60th birthday bash for Sharpton at the Four Seasons restaurant on Wednesday. The woman is reportedly a member of Sharpton’s National Action Network.

The accusation is being investigated by New York City Police Department, police said Sunday. No charges have been filed.
