CNN: Montana Senate Race a “Lost Cause”, “Not Winnable” for Democrats

On Thursday Montana Democrat John Walsh dropped out of the US Senate race.
Walsh could not overcome the fallout from a plagiarism scandal. In July Walsh was caught plagiarizing his Army War College thesis. So on Friday he dropped out of the race.

CNN on Friday declared the Montana Senate race a “lost cause” and “not winnable” for Democrats.
