White House: Sec. Hagel Made Final Call on #Bergdahl Swap, Not Us

The Obama White House threw Defense Secretary Hagel under the bus today.
White House says Hagel made the final call on the Taliban prisoner swap.

The White House also admitted that 80-90 administration officials knew about the Gitmo swap – but not Congress!
