Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI) went off on shady IRS Commissioner John Koskinen today during testimony on the “lost” Lois Lerner emails. The IRS notified Congress last week that they had lost two years of Lerner’s emails.
Ryan told Koskinen: “I don’t believe you!”
It’s about time someone went off on this guy:

IRS Commissioner John Koskinentestified before the House Oversight and Government Reform on March 26, 2014. Koskinen told Rep. Jason Chaffetz (R-UT) during the hearing that Loise Lerner’s emails were archived and it would take a long time to retrieve them.
Koskinen told Ryan the IRS wasn’t hiding information from Congress – but hid the fact that Lerner’s emails were missing on page 15 of a 27 page report released last Friday.
