Former senior Obama health care adviser and Obamacare architect David Cutler was on with Megyn Kelly tonight to discuss the roll-out of Obamacare. Cutler told Kelly that if the number of O-Care enrollees remains low, costs will skyrocket:
“If the numbers aren’t there then the premiums and the exchanges will be very high because the people who will go through the most hoops to get that coverage are those to whom the costs are highest and their coverage is the worst. So it is very important that enough people get enrolled through the exchanges… It doesn’t collapse but it becomes much much harder.”
