Nancy Pelosi told “Meet the Press” this morning that Democrats “stand tall” in their support for Obamacare.
Well… Except for those 39 Democrats who sided with Republicans in passing the “You Can Keep Your Insurance” Act on Friday.
Pelosi was taken apart by David Gregory on the broken Obamacare promises.

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi says House Democrats running in 2014 will embrace the Affordable Care Act in their re-election campaigns.
Appearing Sunday on NBC’s “Meet the Press,” the California Democrat declined to say whether the issue would help Democrats win a House majority but said there’ll be no abandoning health care as a campaign issue.
“I don’t think you can tell what will happen next year, but I will tell you this, Democrats stand tall in support of the Affordable Care Act,” she said. “We have great candidates who are running who are concerned bout our economy, are concerned about government shutdown.”
Pelosi said the economy will be the primary focus of next year’s campaign.
Of health care, she said: “This is an issue that has to be dealt with, but it doesn’t mean, ‘Oh, it’s a political issue so were going to run away from it.’ It’s too valuable for the American people. What is important about it is that the American people are well served, not who gets re-elected.”
