Is this his way around Obamacare? What union will step up to organize the goats?
Mayor Slay posted last week on his blog “When the Board of Aldermen returns, we will likely ask them to approve commercial goat mowing on City property, under contract with the appropriate agency, with plenty of conditions”.
Mayor Slay says his office fields several requests a week from residents asking about using goats to tend to their lawns.
