Once in a while you come across something so inspiring, you have to share it!
Such is the case with clothing line Oscar Mike. It takes courage and pluck to start a small business in this economy and the folks at Oscar Mike have moxy to spare. And what an inspiring story!Founded on Veteran’s Day, 2011, Marine Corps veteran Noah Currier, launched Oscar Mike initially seeking a way to afford physical therapy for himself and a fellow disabled Marine. That one time t-shirt fundraiser, which provided Noah and his friend six months of life-changing physical therapy, has turned into a company that is 100% veteran owned, committed to employing veterans and creating badass products that are 100% American made from start to finish.
And, if all of that isn’t enough reason to check them out, a portion of the profits go to the Oscar Mike Foundation to assist injured veterans in achieving their physical rehabilitative goals and to fulfill exactly what military jargon “Oscar Mike” means…. to get wounded veterans “On the Move”.
