NYT’s David Sanger: China & Russia Reaction to Snowden an Embarrassment for Obama (Video)

David Sanger, the Chief Washington Correspondent for The New York Times, weighed in on the Snowden scandal today on CBS This Morning:

“It is pretty embarrassing because it tells you that neither Xi Jinping of China nor President Putin came out of those meetings particularly concerned enough about their relationship with President Obama that they’re unwilling a week later to defy him… The Chinese must have signaled exactly what they wanted done.”
