Obama Official Panetta: International Permission Trumps Congressional Permission for Military Action (Video)

It’s a brave new Obama world…
Obama’s Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta told Congress yesterday that international permission trumped Congressional permission for US military action.

It’s not clear what Constitution he pulled that answer from.

From the video: Under question from Sen. Sessions at a Senate Armed Services Committee hearing today, Defense Secretary Leon Panetta and Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman Gen. Martin Dempsey indicated that “international permission,” rather than Congressional approval, provided a ‘legal basis’ for military action by the United States.
