According to YouTube:

“Occupy Wall Street Protesters gather, march and scale a fence into a Trinity Church owned section of Duarte Square in Lower Manhattan in an attempt to occupy the area.”

Yesterday, more than 50 protesters were arrested for committing this illegal act of trespassing and obvious property destruction (Ripping up the fence).

Here is video of the Occupiers illegally using bolt cutters on the fence and then lifting it up while they scream, “Tear down the wall!”.

The yellow handled bolt cutters can be seen in the hand of one of the occupeirs (Around the 0:04 Mark.)

According to the Daily Mail the man dressed in purple is a retired Bishop:

“Former Episcopal bishop George E. Packard was led away in cuffs after climbing a ladder to illegally enter Juan Pablo Duarte Square in the west SoHo neighbourhood of the city during the demo.”
