Joel Bennett, the lawyer for one of the women accusing Herman Cain of improper behavior, said he “expects to have an agreement” with the National Restaurant Association by mid-afternoon.
UPDATE: The accuser’s attorney said that no agreement has been reached yet. He he expected to have news for them in “about 20 or 30 minutes.”
