Today Senator Roy Blunt (R-MO) discussed the unpopular bill with me. The Missouri senator said the major tenet in the bill is unconstitutional and will not make it through the courts. Senator Blunt also talked about how democrats are going to run from the bill in the next two years before the 2012 election.
