Harry Reid: Evil Republican Bill Would Block Funding to Important Cowboy Poetry Festival (Video)

Yeah… They’re serious about cutting spending…
Majority Leader Harry Reid whined on the senate floor on how the evil Republican spending bill would block funding for the Cowboy Poetry Festival.
No. This is not a joke… Yes. He was serious.
Via Guy Benson at Townhall:

From the transcript: “The mean-spirited bill, H.R. 1, eliminates National Public Broadcasting,” said Reid in a floor speech. “It eliminates the National Endowment of the Humanities, National Endowment of the Arts. These programs create jobs. The National Endowment of the Humanities is the reason we have in northern Nevada every January a cowboy poetry festival. Had that program not been around, the tens of thousands of people who come there every year would not exist.”

The Obama-Reid deficit will reach a record $1.65 trillion this year.
