Done. Governor Scott Walker Signs Union-Regulating Bill

The party’s over… It’s time for the children to go home.

Governor Scott Walker just signed the union-regulating bill into law.
The governor will hold a press conference this afternoon.

Earlier today Governor Walker rescinded the layoff notices that were sent out last week.
