Obama is the worst jobs president since the Great Depression. The Obama-Pelosi economic plan resulted in a cumulative 7.5 million jobs deficit. By every objective measure the democrat’s Trillion dollar stimulus bomb was a complete disaster.
Now we know what was going on behind the scenes at the Obama White House while the economy was tanking. Besides ramming an unpopular nationalized health care plan on the public, Barack Obama was working on the release of a children’s book…
Dreams of a Job… or rather, Of Thee I Sing.
Is it just me or does the little one look like she’s goose-stepping?
It is not clear at this time if this book was also named after a Jeremiah Wright sermon.
The Telegraph reported:
Barack Obama has written a book for children about inspirational Americans called Of Thee I Sing: A Letter to My Daughters.
The book is a tribute to 13 Americans, from the first president, George Washington, to baseball great Jackie Robinson to artist Georgia O’Keeffe.
It will be released on November 16 by Alfred A. Knopf Books for Young Readers, an imprint of Random House Children’s Books. The book was due to be officially announced on Tuesday.
Mr Obama is not the first president to write for young people. Jimmy Carter’s “The Little Baby Snoogle-Fleejer” was published in 1995, more than a decade after he left office.
More in line with President Obama’s effort, Theodore Roosevelt collaborated with Henry Cabot Lodge on “Hero Tales from American History,” released in 1895, before Roosevelt was president.
Mr Obama’s book is illustrated by Loren Long, whose many credits include Watty Piper’s classic “The Little Engine That Could,” Randall de Seve’s “Toy Boat” and Madonna’s “Mr Peabody’s Apples.”

So do you suppose Marxist terrorist Bill Ayer’s helped out with this one, too?
UPDATE: Despite the images the book was reportedly written before he became president. Obama signed the book deal 5 days before he was sworn in as president.
Thanks Gus!
UPDATE: Obama’s kids are so off-limits they’re on the cover of his new book.
