Dear Jim,Thank you for your recent endorsement of my candidacy for Congress. I was very humbled by it. As the primary draws to a close in the next 8 days, it is nice to have support from fellow conservatives. As you know, this election is extremely important. The Republican party must take back control of at least one chamber of Congress. If we can successfully do that, we will have a much needed check on this administration.
In less than 2 years, President Obama has loaded up every child in this nation with more debt than any president in history; he has brought us to the brink of the most massive tax increase in history and if we don’t elect enough Republicans in November to stop him that is exactly what we will get; he has traveled the world making apologies for America instead of defending its timeless and treasured ideals of freedom and peace for all nations of good will; and he has said there is nothing exceptional about America, something no other president has ever said. These are just a few examples of why I believe he is the worst president in history. I did not make this claim lightly—nor was I happy to make it. However, President Obama’s policies and ideology have fundamentally changed our country for the worse and his continued pursuit of these misguided policies will hurt future generations for years to come.
