BUNDY RANCH SUPPORTER Michele Fiore OWNS Chris Hayes in Hot MSNBC Segment (Video)

Posted by Jim Hoft on Sunday, April 20, 2014, 2:42 PM

This interview was AWESOME!
Bundy Ranch supporter and Assemblywoman Michele Fiore did a great job on MSNBC making lib host Chris Hayes look like a total jacka$$.

The Daily Caller reported:

Nevada assemblywoman Michele Fiore clashed with MSNBC’s Chris Hayes regarding rancher Cliven Bundy’s conflict with the federal government on Friday.

As Hayes pressed Fiore about her position on the standoff, she relentlessly criticized the government’s handling of the situation.

“Why are you there near the Bundy ranch tonight celebrating?” Hayes asks.

“Questioning why the heck the federal government felt the need to come in armed to collect an unpaid bill. I mean, that was pretty bold and blatant,” Fiore said. “I mean, generally when my — when our federal government comes in armed, we’re expecting a bigger problem… We will not allow governance by gunpoint, ever.”

When Hayes asked if Fiore agreed with Cliven Bundy, Fiore grew angry.

“No, Chris. Don’t put words in my mouth. I’m not saying I agree with Cliven Bundy. What I’m saying is the way this was handled is really suspicious,” she replied. “I mean, if we literally sent our federal government to the borders to secure ‘em against terrorists crossing, hey, I got that. But they want to come here with arms because cows are grazing? That’s uh — Chris, I’m sorry, I think you’re out of your mind.”

Obama Uses Easter Address to Remind Us That Islam Teaches Us to “Love Our Neighbors As We Love Ourselves”

Somehow, that message got missed.
9-11

Another bizarre Obama holiday address…
In his Easter Address this year Barack Obama reminds us that the great religions, including Islam, teach us to “love our neighbors as we love ourselves.”
From the White House website:

Hi, everybody. For millions of Americans, this time of year holds great meaning…

…For me, and for countless other Christians, Holy Week and Easter are times for reflection and renewal. We remember the grace of an awesome God, who loves us so deeply that He gave us his only Son, so that we might live through Him. We recall all that Jesus endured for us – the scorn of the crowds, the agony of the cross – all so that we might be forgiven our sins and granted everlasting life. And we recommit ourselves to following His example, to love and serve one another, particularly “the least of these” among us, just as He loves every one of us.

The common thread of humanity that connects us all – not just Christians and Jews, but Muslims and Hindus and Sikhs – is our shared commitment to love our neighbors as we love ourselves. To remember, I am my brother’s keeper. I am my sister’s keeper. Whatever your faith, believer or nonbeliever, there’s no better time to rededicate ourselves to that universal mission…

This week a girls’ seminary in Pakistan named its library after Osama bin Laden.

Several people were killed in an alleged shooting near Slavyansk, Ukraine on Sunday morning.

The pro-Putin Russia Today reported:

Five people have been killed in a gunfight in Slavyansk, a city in eastern Ukraine held by anti-government protesters. The fatalities include three protesters and two attackers, who are believed to be from the Right Sector paramilitary.

Read RT’s live updates on Ukrainian turmoil

The deaths came after a night attack on a protester checkpoint on the outskirts of the city. Four cars drove by the checkpoint and opened fire at the local residents manning it, killing two people and seriously injuring several others.

“They approached with their high beam headlamps on. Our man went to them and asked not to blind us, show IDs and open the trunk for inspection. Then an assault rifle got stuck out of the window and he was gunned down,” an eyewitness, Vladimir, told RT.

The self-proclaimed mayor of Slavyansk called on Russia to invade Ukraine after the shooting.

1,200 Students Petition to Block Michelle Obama at Topeka Graduation

Michelle Obama’s attendance at the Topeka, Kansas graduation is drawing complaints.
1,200 students have signed a petition to block the First Lady from attending.
The Daily Mail reported:

If expanding the guest list to include Michelle Obama at graduation for high school students in the Kansas capital city means fewer seats for friends and family, some students and their parents would prefer the first lady not attend.

A furor over what the Topeka school district considers an honor has erupted after plans were announced for Obama to address a combined graduation ceremony for five area high schools next month an 8,000-seat arena. For some, it was the prospect of a tight limit on the number of seats allotted to each graduate.

For others, it was the notion that Obama’s speech, tied to the 60th anniversary of the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision in Brown v. Board of Education outlawing segregation in schools, would overshadow the student’s big day.

‘I’m a single mother who has raised him for 18 years by myself,’ said Tina Hernandez, parent of Topeka High School senior Dauby Knight. ‘I’ve told him education is the only way out. This is one of the biggest days of their lives. They’ve taken the glory and shine from the children and put on Mrs. Obama. She doesn’t know our kids.’

Hernandez was among the parents and students who spoke Thursday at a school board meeting and urged district officials to reconsider their decision to invite Obama. Ron Harbaugh, spokesman for the Topeka school district, said Friday discussions were under way to work out the logistics and planning for the event, including how many tickets each family would be allotted.

‘We will have a clearer picture of what’s going on,’ Harbaugh said.

Harbaugh said officials asked the president or first lady to speak at graduation as a tie-in with the anniversary of the Brown decision, which outlawed school segregation. The district plans to place a priority on seating students and their families, and could broadcast the event to an overflow room at a hotel adjacent to the graduation arena for those unable to find a seat inside.

That’s not good enough for Taylor Gifford, 18, who started an online petition on Thursday evening to urge the district to reconsider its plans. She and the more than 1,200 people who had signed it expressed concern that Obama’s visit would limit the seating options for family and friends.

They must be racists.

This Day in History… Republicans Pass Anti-KKK Act – Outlawing Democratic Terrorist Groups

On September 28, 1868, a mob of Democrats massacred nearly 300 African-American Republicans in Opelousas, Louisiana. The savagery began when racist Democrats attacked a newspaper editor, a white Republican and schoolteacher for ex-slaves. Several African-Americans rushed to the assistance of their friend, and in response, Democrats went on a “Negro hunt,” killing every African-American (all of whom were Republicans) in the area they could find. (Via Grand Old Partisan)

On April 20, 1871 the Republicans passed the anti-Ku Klux Klan Act outlawing Democratic terrorist groups.
The Miller Center reported:

On April 20, 1871, at the urging of President Ulysses Grant, Congress passed the Ku Klux Klan Act. Also known as the third Enforcement Act, the bill was a controversial expansion of federal authority designed to give the federal government additional power to protect voters. The act established penalties in the form of fines and jail time for attempts to deprive citizens of equal protection under the laws and gave the President the authority to use federal troops and suspend the writ of habeas corpus in ensuring that civil rights were upheld.

Founded as a fraternal organization by Confederate veterans in Pulaski, Tennessee, in 1866, the Ku Klux Klan soon became a paramilitary group devoted to the overthrow of Republican governments in the South and the reassertion of white supremacy. Through murder, kidnapping, and violent intimidation, Klansmen sought to secure Democratic victories in elections by attacking black voters and, less frequently, white Republican leaders.

Happy Easter 2014 – He Is Risen

WISHING YOU A JOYOUS AND BLESSED EASTER
–He is Risen

Mark 16: 5-7

“As they entered the tomb, they saw a young man dressed in a white robe sitting on the right side, and they were alarmed.  ”Don’t be alarmed,” he said. “You are looking for Jesus the Nazarene, who was crucified. He has risen! He is not here. See the place where they laid him.  But go, tell his disciples and Peter, ‘He is going ahead of you into Galilee. There you will see him, just as he told you.’ ”

Obama Promised a ‘Civilian National Security Force’ – Today There Are Over 120,000 Armed Federal Agents

Posted by Jim Hoft on Sunday, April 20, 2014, 12:21 AM

In 2008, Barack Obama announced his plan to build a massive “civilian national security force” here in America. It would be just as well funded as the US military.

Today in America there are over 120,000 armed federal agents who work for 40 different agencies.
FOX News reported:

The recent uproar over armed EPA agents descending on a tiny Alaska mining town is shedding light on the fact that 40 federal agencies – including nearly a dozen typically not associated with law enforcement — have armed divisions.

The agencies employ about 120,000 full-time officers authorized to carry guns and make arrests, according to a June 2012 Justice Department report.

Though most Americans know agents within the Drug Enforcement Agency and the Federal Bureau of Prisons carry guns, agencies such as the Library of Congress and Federal Reserve Board employing armed officers might come as a surprise.

The incident that sparked the renewed interest and concern occurred in late August when a team of armed federal and state officials descended on the tiny Alaska gold mining town of Chicken, Alaska.

The Environmental Protection Agency, whose armed agents in full body armor participated, acknowledged taking part in the Alaska Environmental Crimes Task Force investigation, which it said was conducted to look for possible violations of the Clean Water Act.

‘Domestic Terrorists’ Rally at Nevada Ranch

Posted by Jim Hoft on Saturday, April 19, 2014, 11:57 PM

The far left have found their terrorists and they run a ranch in Nevada.
Gates of Vienna describes the situation:

A man named Harry Reid represents the state of Nevada in the United States Senate. As Senate Majority Leader, he also holds one of the most powerful political offices in Washington. His former top aide heads the Bureau of Land Management, which mounted an offensive operation against the Bundy ranch earlier this month using armed agents, armored vehicles, and snipers. His son Rory represents the Chinese energy company that plans to build a huge solar panel plant on public land in the Nevada desert, as soon as the last of those annoying cattle ranchers can be evicted from real estate controlled by the federal government. The only thing standing between the Reid dynasty and the realization of its lucrative dream is a single cattle ranch near the town of Bunkerville, plus an undetermined number of dedicated and well-armed patriots who have gathered to guard it for the past several weeks.

Senator Reid is understandably frustrated with the situation in Bunkerville. Several times over past week he has referred to Oath Keepers and other patriotic groups as “domestic terrorists”, and their actions as “domestic terrorism”.

The following graphic, borrowed from Sipsey Street Irregulars, highlights the capricious nomenclature employed the federal government when it talks about “terrorism”:
