Psaki Grilled on Baby Formula Shortage as Biden Regime Prioritizes Illegal Aliens Over Americans (VIDEO)

White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki on Thursday was grilled on the baby formula shortage created by the Biden Regime.

The largest producer of baby formula was shut down by Biden/Obama for 3 months.

Biden is to blame because his FDA shut down a huge plant that makes baby formula in Michigan.

Baby formula is out of stock in stores across the United States.

In 25 states, 40-50% of baby formula is out of stock.

In 5 states over 50% of baby formula is out of stock.

The Biden Regime is shipping pallets of baby formula to US border facilities for illegal aliens while American babies go hungry.

“On the formula shortage…you said that this is been something that’s been in the works for several months, mostly through the FDA. When was the first time the President was briefed on the shortage?” CBS’ Ed O’Keefe asked Psaki.

“I’m not going to get into internal briefings,” she said.

Ed O’Keefe followed up: “Has there been any consideration of using the Defense Production Act?”

“There are a range of options, including that, under consideration, Ed, but I would note the issue here is that a manufacturer was taken offline,” Psaki said.

“He would have known about this before this week? It wasn’t like this suddenly popped up?” Ed O’Keefe asked in another follow-up question.

Psaki: “This is something the administration has been working on for some time now.”
