CIA Goes Full Woke Pandering To Minorities, While Actual Workforce Data Is Shocking

The CIA has released its recruitment video that features an “intersectional” and “cisgender” Latina mother who says that her employment was not a slip through the cracks and wants to make it known she is “educated, qualified and competent.”

The video shows “woke” language to recruit new staff members that appears to focus on skin color and gender.

“I can change a diaper with one hand and console a crying toddler with the other. I’m a woman of color. I am a mom. I am a cisgender millennial who’s been diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder. I am intersectional, but my existence is not a box-checking exercise. I am a walking declaration, a woman whose inflection does not rise at the end of her sentences, suggesting that a question has been asked,” the woman said in the clip.

“China and Russia loves this,” Donald Trump Jr. wrote in response to the CIA recruitment ad.

Fox News Contributor, Rachel Campos-Duffy wrote, “Woke Latina CIA agent in recruitment video lists all her identities (intersectional, cis gender, millennial woman of color with anxiety disorder) EXCEPT American. God help us.”

Meghan McCain also slammed the video, “This CIA recruitment video is a joke and truly embarrassing for our entire country. China, Russia and our enemies are laughing at us.”

“In fiscal 2019, the intelligence community saw an incremental increase in the number of minority professionals — 26.5%, up from 26.2%,” according to a report from WKYC.

“Even with all the challenges 2020 posed, it was a standout recruitment year for CIA. Our incoming class is the third largest in a decade and represents the most diverse talent pool,” a CIA spokesperson Nicole de Haay told the outlet.

According to a study done by Zippia, they found from 52 CIA agent’s resumes that 25% of the applicants were female. They also found 11.6% were Hispanic or Latino, 9.2% were Black or African-American and 2.8% were Asian.

“I used to struggle with imposter syndrome, but at thirty-six I refuse to internalize misguided patriarchal ideas of what a woman can or should be. I am tired of feeling like I’m supposed to apologize for the space I occupy, rather than intoxicate people with my effort, my brilliance. I am proud of me. Full stop. My parents left everything they knew and love to expose me to opportunities they never had. Because of them, I stand here today a proud first-generation Latina and officer at CIA,” the woman also shared in the video.

Despite the increase in minority agents, critics argue that the CIA is still lagging behind in terms of hiring based on race and gender.

“It is not enough to just say that CIA values people from diverse backgrounds and diverse abilities, we have to challenge ourselves and commit to regularly questioning how do our actions actually embody those values? In many ways, I think CIA is a microcosm of the world. The same societal issues that we grapple with outside of these walls don’t just cease to exist once we enter the building. What is critical and what gives me optimism that we are moving in the right direction is that there are people here who recognize that and are holding CIA as an institution accountable for the diversity and inclusion that it champions,” another woman shared in the clip.
