Liberal Constitutional law scholar Alan Dershowitz said during a Breitbart News interview on Sunday that he has proof Barack Obama personally asked the FBI to investigate somebody on behalf of George Soros.
For all the talk about the “crisis at the Justice Department” because AG Barr intervened after Mueller’s thug prosecutors recommended a 7 to 9 year prison sentence for Roger Stone, no one in the media cared when Obama directed his ‘wingman’ AG Eric Holder to take action.
Mr. Dershowitz claimed he has a 302 FBI report showing Obama directed the FBI to investigate someone on behalf of demon Soros.
“I have some information about the Obama Administration which will be disclosed in a lawsuit at some point but I’m not prepared to disclose it now about how President Obama personally asked the FBI to investigate somebody on behalf of George Soros, who was a close ally of his,” Dershowitz said.
“We’ve seen this kind of White House influence on the Justice Department virtually in every Justice Department — the difference is this president is much more overt about it. He tweets about it. President Obama whispered to the Justice Department about it,” he said. “And I don’t think these former Justice Department officials would pass the ‘shoe on the other foot’ test,” Dershowitz said referring to the letter signed by 1,100 Trump-hating former DOJ officials calling for Barr to resign.
Dershowitz argued that a US President has the Constitutional authority to control the Justice Department.
“And let’s be clear about the Constitutionality of it. The President could make a decision to really control the Justice Department. He could decide who to prosecute and who not to prosecute,” he said.
Dershowitz said that it will be revealed that Obama asked the FBI to investigate George Soros in the “near future.”
“I have in my possession an actual 302 form which documents this issue and it will at the right time come out…”
