Chicago Police Union, Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) just announced they will be holding a protest of corrupt Cook Country State’s Attorney Kim Foxx on Monday.

Chicago Police are furious after Kim Foxx’s office abruptly dropped all 16 felony charges against hate hoaxer Jussie Smollett in a stunning display of lawlessness on Tuesday.

The protest will be held Monday, April 1st at 11:00 AM at 69 W. Washington in Chicago.

The Chicago Police Union want a federal investigation into Cook County State’s Attorney Kim Foxx’s handling of Smollett’s case after text messages revealed she was communicating with Jussie Smollett’s relatives and supporters about their concerns over his case.

Kim Foxx claimed she recused herself from Smollett’s case after it was revealed she was communicating with Jussie Smollett’s relatives about the case shortly after the ‘Empire’ actor staged the hate hoax crime.

Kim Foxx was communicating with Tina Tchen, a former aide to Barack and Michelle Obama about Jussie Smollett’s case shortly after the ‘Empire’ actor staged the hate hoax crime.

Tina Tchen sent Kim Foxx an email on February 1st saying, “Hi Kim – I sent an email to your work address I think as well. I wanted to give you a call on behalf of Jussie Smollett and family who I know. They have concerns about the investigation. I am on an 8 am flight to nyc but please call me before then. I land about 1015 Chicago time. My cell is [redacted]. Many thanks!”

In one text exchange with a Smollett relative (name is redacted), Kim Foxx is reassuring the individual that she spoke to the superintendent and asked for a favor.

Foxx’s office is now admitting the Cook County State’s Attorney never “formally” recused herself from the case legally, rather, they just used the term “colloquially” for public consumption.

The Police Union wants the feds to determine whether Kim Foxx broke the law.
