Democrat Senator Kamala Harris (CA) finally commented on Jussie Smollett after her ‘modern-day lynching’ knee-jerk reaction to the fake MAGA attack.
As expected, she did not apologize to the millions of Trump supporters for her disgusting allegation she made even though there was ZERO evidence to support it.
Kamala Harris posted her non-apology-statement to social media on Thursday evening stating she is “sad, frustrated, and disappointed.”
She’s only sad and frustrated it was a hoax…
“Like most of you, I’ve seen the reports about Jussie Smollett, and I’m sad, frustrated, and disappointed.
When anyone makes false claims to police, it not only diverts resources away from serious investigations but it makes it more difficult for other victims of crime to come forward.
At the same time, we must speak the truth: hate crimes are on the rise in America. Just last year, the FBI released statistics that revealed a 17 percent increase in the number of hate crimes in America,” she added. “Part of the tragedy of this situation is that it distracts from that truth, and has been seized by some who would like to dismiss and downplay the very real problems that we must address. We should not allow that.
I will always condemn racism and homophobia. We must always confront hate directly, and we must always seek justice. That is what I will keep fighting for.”

Shortly after the fake MAGA attack against Jussie Smollett was reported, Kamala Harris sprung into action and called the attack a modern-day lynching, referencing the noose that was around Smollett’s neck.
Kamala Harris tweeted, “.@JussieSmollett is one of the kindest, most gentle human beings I know. I’m praying for his quick recovery. This was an attempted modern day lynching. No one should have to fear for their life because of their sexuality or color of their skin. We must confront this hate.”
‘Empire’ actor Jussie Smollett was arrested Thursday morning after a Cook County grand jury indicted him on one felony count of disorderly conduct for filing a false police report.
Smollett’s claim he was ambushed on the streets of Chicago at 2 AM by white racist Trump supporters who beat him, poured bleach on him then put a noose around his neck while screaming, “this is MAGA country!” was all a lie.
Chicago Police Superintendent Eddie Johnson blasted Jussie Smollett’s staged attack as “shameful” then ripped into the Democrat politicians, celebrities and fake news pundits who all pushed the Jussie Smollett hoax whilst attacking millions of “racist” Trump supporters — all without any evidence a crime actually occurred.
“This publicity stunt was a scar that Chicago didn’t earn and certainly did not deserve,” Mr. Johnson said, adding, “To make things worse, the accusations within this phony attack received national attention for weeks. Celebrities, news commentators and even presidential candidates weighed in on something that was choreographed by an actor.”
