Norwegian Politicians Nominate President Trump for Nobel Peace Prize

In March President Donald Trump was nominated for the 2017 Nobel Peace Prize for his ‘peace through strength ideology’.

This followed his progress on the North Korean missile crisis.

In April President Trump held a rally with supporters in Michigan.
They started chanting “Nobel! Nobel!”

President Donald Trump was officially nominated for a Nobel Peace Prize by a group of 18 Republican members of Congress in May.

Now this…

Two Norwegian lawmakers nominated President Donald Trump for the Nobel Peace Prize following the Singapore Summit with Kim Jong-Un.

Sky.com reported:

Donald Trump has been nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize by two Norwegian politicians after his historic meeting with Kim Jong Un.

Christian Tybring-Gjedde, an MP, and former justice minister Per-Willy Amundsen said Mr Trump “had taken a huge and important step in the direction of the disarmament, peace and reconciliation between North and South Korea”.

Both men are politicians with the anti-establishment Progress Party.
