Police have arrested a suspect Monday afternoon after a driver in a white van ran the curb and struck numerous pedestrians in Toronto.
At least seven people were struck by the van and five people were killed.
Update: TEN DEAD, SEVERAL INJURED, The Sun reports.
Now there is video of the man getting out of the van and “pretending” to pull a gun on police.

The suspect was pointing what looked like a gun at police when he was arrested.
The police showed immense constraint not to shoot the killer.
There is also video of the driver being arrested by police.

The suspect has yet to be identified.
