DEVELOPING=> Rudy Giuliani Meets Face-to-Face With Robert Mueller

Rudy Giuliani met face-to-face with Robert Mueller on Tuesday to reopen negotiations for a presidential interview with the special counsel.

Mueller told Giuliani he wants to interview Trump about the transition period and early months of his presidency.

Trump transition is none of Mueller’s damn business. Shut this investigation down already.

Washington Post reported:

Rudolph W. Giuliani, President Trump’s new personal lawyer dealing with the ongoing probe into Russian interference in the 2016 election, met with special counsel Robert S. Mueller III on Tuesday to reopen negotiations for a presidential interview, according to three people familiar with the talks.

Giuliani, who joined Trump’s legal team last week, conveyed the ongoing resistance of Trump and his advisers to an interview with federal investigators, but did not rule out the possibility, the people said, adding that Giuliani pressed Mueller for clarity on when the probe is expected to end.

In response, Mueller reiterated that he would like a chance to ask Trump questions about steps he took during the transition and early months of his administration, the people said. The special counsel emphasized, as he did in conversations in March with Trump’s team, that an interview is essential for investigators to understand Trump’s intent in making key decisions as they seek to wrap up the portion of the probe focused on potential obstruction of justice.

Last week, Rudy Giuliani joined Trump’s legal team to negotiate an end to Mueller’s Russia witch hunt.

The Daily Caller reported two other former federal prosecutors will also be joining Trump’s legal team.

The husband-and-wife team of Martin and Jane Raskin are the two other attorneys to join Trump’s team, which is being led by Jay Sekulow. The Raskins, who operate a law firm in southern Florida, have worked in various U.S. attorney’s offices as well as at Justice Department headquarters in Washington, D.C.

To this day, the FBI still has not inspected the DNC’s servers to confirm they were indeed hacked by the Russians.

Mueller still has not interviewed WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange nor has he spoken to Russian lawyer Natalia Veselnitskaya.

Both Mueller and Rosenstein should be fired and prosecuted.
