On Monday, Chairman of the House Intel Committee Devin Nunes (R-CA) told Fox News’ Sean Hannity the Intel members are going to ask the court for transcripts on all four FISA court hearings.
According to the FISA memo, McCabe testified under oath during a FISA court testimony to the House Intel Committee that the FBI would have never sought the FISA warrant if if weren’t for Hillary’s Russia dossier.
Chairman Nunes told Hannity, “We’re going to try to ask the court whether or not they will provide the transcripts of the 4 proceedings. It would be very interesting if we could get those transcripts to know exactly what was presented verbally to the court, & to see if that was transcribed.”

On Sunday evening, Rep. Louie Gohmer (R-TX) said he’s preparing a letter to send to Chairman Bob Goodlatte (R-VA) requesting the House Judiciary Committee subpoena transcripts from the FISA court hearings.
Rep. Lee Zeldin (R-NY) blasted Dems over McCabe’s testimony to the House Intel Committee.
“McCabe did in fact testify under oath that there would not have been a FISA warrant if not for the dossier. It was recorded,” Zeldin tweeted.
