#NeverTrump RINO Jeff Flake Continues to Trash Trump in Unhinged Op-ed at Far Left Washington Post

RINO #NeverTrump Senator Jeff Flake announced on Tuesday he will not run for reelection in Arizona.

Jeff Flakewas down by 26 points in a PRIMARY race in Arizona and had an approval rating of 18% in his home state.

So Tuesday he took to the Senate floor to audition for a future gig on MSNBC.

The outspoken #NeverTrumper trashed the Republican president and Republican voters in a 17 minute speech.
Of course, liberals loved it.

But Flake was not done yet.

The unhinged senator continued to trash President Trump in an op-ed on Wednesday in the Washington Post.

Holy crap! What a treasonous jerk!

And he’s citing Joe McCarthy! Really?
Via the WaPo:

As I contemplate the Trump presidency, I cannot help but think of Joseph Welch.

On June 9, 1954, during the Army-McCarthy hearings, Welch, who was the chief counsel for the Army, famously asked the committee chairman if he might speak on a point of personal privilege. What he said that day was so profound that it has become enshrined as a pivotal moment in defense of American values against those who would lay waste to them. Welch was the son of a small prairie town in northwest Iowa, and the plaintive quality of his flat Midwestern accent is burned into American history. After asking Sen. Joseph McCarthy for his attention and telling him to listen with both ears, Welch spoke:

“Until this moment, senator, I think I never really gauged your cruelty, or your recklessness.”

That’s nuts.
Flake should quit and sign on with MSNBC today.
Why wait?
