Colin Kaepernick Blames POTUS Trump For Lack of NFL Contract
Colin Kaepernick believes NFL owners are conspiring against him to prevent the quarterback-turned-social justice warrior from playing in the league. Kaepernick has reportedly filed a grievance against the owners and hired a high-powered lawyer to handle the matter.
I am told that @Kaepernick7 has filed a grievance under the CBA for collusion against the owners. If accurate, this is huge.

From the Bleacher Report:
Per Freeman, Kaepernick has hired attorney Mark Geragos to help him in the legal situation.
Jason La Canfora of CBS Sports also reported the quarterback’s plan to file a grievance.
The athlete has now issued a scathing statement through his lawyer, accusing Trump of waging a “partisan political provocation,” against him.
The grievance itself may have questionable legal standing, but it’s apparent that Kaepernick is going all in. He called on famous defense attorney Mark Geragos to represent him.
It was just a matter of time before Geragos released a statement about the grievance, and it came immediately after Sunday’s late slate of action on the field. The statement is an absolute whopper.
“If the NFL (as well as all professional sports leagues) is to remain a meritocracy, then principled and peaceful protest — which the owners themselves made great theater imitating two weeks ago — should not be punished, and athletes should not be denied employment based on partisan political provocation by the executive branch of our government,” the statement read, via Pro Football Talk.
Kaepernick believes President Trump’s pressure on NFL owners has led them to collude against awarding the troubled quarterback a contract.
