Intel Chair Richard Burr (R-NC) and Vice Chair Mark Warner (D-VA) Bashed Trump After Wiretap Claims – Need to Resign
On March 16, 2017, Senators Richard Burr, a Republican, and Mark Warner, a Democrat released a joint statement condemning Republican President Trump for saying Trump Tower was wiretapped.
Terrible! Just found out that Obama had my “wires tapped” in Trump Tower just before the victory. Nothing found. This is McCarthyism!

Joint Statement from Senate Intel Committee Leaders on Wiretapping Evidence at Trump Tower
WASHINGTON – Senate Select Committee on Intelligence Chairman Richard Burr (R-NC) and Vice Chairman Mark Warner (D-VA) made the following joint statement regarding evidence that Trump Tower was wiretapped during the 2016 election:
“Based on the information available to us, we see no indications that Trump Tower was the subject of surveillance by any element of the United States government either before or after Election Day 2016.”
Now we know the Obama FBI wiretapped President Trump’s campaign manager Paul Manafort during the election and after the election into 2017.
Manafort’s office was in Trump Tower.
Trump was right.
Senators Burr and Warner lied to the American public and must now resign.
