From Hospital Bed — John McCain Hits President Trump on Twitter

He’s a fighter.

John McCain hit President Trump on Twitter from his hospital bed on Thursday.

The Republican critic attacked President Trump for ending a failed program to train, fund and arm Syrians to fight Assad and ISIS.

The program has been a complete failure and cost Americans millions of dollars.

McCain tied Trump’s decision to Russia.

Disgusting.

Here is a previous report from 2015 on the failed program McCain wants to keep funding—

As of July 2015, the US had only trained 60 Syrian fighters to take on ISIS.
The Obama administration was hoping to build a force to neutralize ISIS.

ISIS has 20,000 to 30,000 fighters.

But several of the US-trained rebels were captured when they entered Syria in July.

Al-Nusra Islamists released video earlier this month of the captured US trained rebels in Azaz, Syria.

The US-trained rebels weretaken hostage as they crossed into Syria from Turkey.

And then there was this…
The remaining US-trained fighters refused to fight, saying they were misled by the Obama administration.
