15 felony charges have been hurled at two undercover reporters who recorded illegal activity at Planned Parenthood wherein the “medical providers” were selling fetal tissue. The videos were done by David Robert Daleiden and Sandra Susan Merritt and California prosecutors have lost their minds by attempting to prosecute with the abhorrent and disgusting California Attorney General Xavier Becerra stating, “the right to privacy is a cornerstone of California’s Constitution and a right that is foundational in a free democratic society . . . we will not tolerate the criminal recording of confidential conversations.”
Planned Parenthood claims that it did not profit from selling fetal tissue, but let’s not forget the lesson of ACORN and James O’Keefe.
Daleiden and his allies are fighting the claims of criminality:
