Barack Obama shook hands with Russian President Vladimir Putin on Sunday at the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation summit in Lima, Peru.
But he didn’t accuse him of rigging the US election— like he did all year.
This was likely their final meeting before Obama leaves office and leaves the Middle East a complete quagmire.
