As we count down to the November 8th election, we will list 30 reasons in 30 days to vote for Donald Trump for President of the US.

Reason #3 – The Future Makeup of the Supreme Court

The Heritage Foundation released a short video about the importance of the selection of the next President because this President will likely replace more than one Supreme Court Justice –

Many activities that the next President takes will be important. His or her actions with the economy and foreign policy will be huge and will likely affect the US for the next few decades.  But perhaps no actions by the next President will be as important and as influential towards the direction of the US over the next century as the picks the next President will make for the Supreme Court.

There is a current vacancy in the court with the passing of Justice Scalia and there are estimates that due to the ages of the current members of the Supreme Court that the next President could select up to five Supreme Court Justices.

The reason that this is important is because the judges picked by Democrats over the years consistently vote for extra constitutional progressive policies. These liberal judges have voted for Obamacare forcing Americans to buy health insurance.  A few years later the Court supported Obamacare in a ruling claiming the law said things it did not.  In response to the 2nd ruling conservative Judge Scalia stated that the ruling supported by all the liberal judges on the court was ‘interpretive jiggery-pokery’.

The Supreme Court recently refused to hear a case centered on religious freedom, specifically on the right of a Christian pharmacy owner to refuse to sell contraceptives in his store Washington State where a law was created mandating that he sell these items.  On the other hand, the Supreme Court struck down Texas restrictions on abortion clinics.  Decisions like these have led Christian leader Franklin Graham to state that this election is about the Supreme Court and Donald Trump will place judges that support religious freedom on the court.

Donald Trump released a list of his potential Supreme Court picks which was received favorably by conservatives throughout the US.

Hillary Clinton stated that she wants a Supreme Court that will take away 2nd Amendment rights.  New York Senator Chuck Schumer stated that the goal of the Hillary Administration will be to load the Supreme Court with progressive judges.

Finally, there’s rumors that Hillary would put Obama on the Supreme Court.  That would be a supreme outrage after the many actions Obama took to run around and all over the US Constitution as President.

Trump is the only one who can prevent Hillary Clinton from gaining the White House. Only a vote for Trump prevents another Corrupt Clinton Presidency and years of damage from a Hillary appointed Supreme Court.
