7.1 Magnitude Earthquake Hits Southern Japan -Tsunami Warning

A 7.1 magnitude earthquake occurred near Kumamoto, Kyushu, Japan today.
There are fears that a number of people may be trapped in collapsed buildings.
A tsunami warning was issued.

The Japanese Meteorological Agency issued a tsunami warning, saying people should leave coastal areas.

Kumamoto is in southern Japan.
