Obama traded FIVE TOP TALIBAN FIGHTERS for deserter Bowe Bergdahl.
And he celebrated it with a Rose Garden press conference.
The Obama administration smeared and lied about Bowe Bergdahl’s platoon mates when they knew they were telling the truth about the deserter Bergdahl.
The Obama administration knew that Bergdahl, was planning on “going over to the other side” when he deserted. A military investigation discovered that Bergdahl was hoping to escape to Uzbekistan and then to Russia.
The Obama White House accused Bowe Bergdahl’s platoon mates of “swiftboating” him after the Obama White House released five top Gitmo terrorists for the deserter. The State Department spokesperson said his platoon mates “were not reliable sources.”
At least five US heroes and as many as 14 were lost looking for Bowe Bergdahl.
Bowe Bergdahl’s case was referred to trial by court martial for desertion in December.
Today Donald Trump said he’d give Bowe Bergdahl back to the Taliban.
He’d fly over and drop him off.
I don’t get it. I don’t get it. I said, “Where do these people come from?” And, we knew that he was a traitor when we made the deal because we had a general and a colonel go and interview all the people that knew him from his platoon. And, we knew he was a traitor. So, why would we make a deal? Let em keep him! I would have said, “Keep him. You can have him.” I’d give him back. I’d actually give him back. I’d fly over and drop him right on top.
