Virginia Man Takes Up Arms – Stands Guard Outside Military Recruiting Office
Five Marines and one sailor were killed in the terrorist attacks in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
Rep. Duncan Hunter (R-CA), who served in the Marine Corps and deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan, plans to introduce legislation that would allow troops manning recruiting stations to carry weapons. There have been at least five attacks or planned attacks on military recruitment centers over the past six years.
This man in from Winchester, Virginia took it upon himself to stand guard outside a military recruitment center on Saturday.
The Obama administration currently has no intention of allowing soldiers and Marines to be armed at recruitment centers.
That would make too much sense.
