Senate Judiciary Chair: Hillary Probably Broke the Law & Could Be Prosecuted (Video)

US Senator Chuck Grassley (R-IA), Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, and member of the US Senate Finance Committee joined Steve Malzberg Tuesday to discuss Hillary Clinton’s email issue. Senator Grassley says Hillary Clinton could be prosecuted over her growing email scandal.

I think they are all following the one great mistake she made and it could be a violation of law. It probably is a violation of law. Some people are even suggesting she could be prosecuted and that’s as simple as this, she was using a private email address instead of a government one. It probably violates the Freedom of Information Act. It probably violates national security legislation. And it really hurts Congressional oversight. When I first got involved with asking some email on the personnel issue that you brought up we were told that there wasn’t any email. Well, at that time we didn’t know she had her own server.

Grassley also weighed in on why her aide Huma Abedin was still allowed to “work” for her while being out of Government. Grassley said hiding behind something political is not justified because Congress is doing its Constitutional responsibility of oversight to make sure the laws are faithfully executed.
