Today an Al-Qaeda group in Yemen threatened to kill American hostage Luke Somers.
Al-Qaeda released the video today.
Luke Somers, a 33-year-old photojournalist from America, was abducted in 2013 in Sanaa, the capital of Yemen.
SOmers, who has a microphone clipped on his shirt for the production, says he is certain his life is in danger.
