Mike Brown’s family said there would be No Indictment.
McCulloch said several witnesses were not truthful or did not witness the shooting.
No evidence exists to file charges against Officer Darren Wilson!
Michael Brown’s blood was found on the inside and outside doors of Wilson’s car.
Officer Wilson had a medical examination that showed swelling to his face.
