FOX 2 reported, via Missouri Torch:

A North County woman accused of operating a brothel and strip club inside her home pleads guilty in federal court to felony promoting prostitution charges.

Through tears, Fluker told the judge she was sorry, and said she was trying to change. The judge accepted her guilty plea. Fluker is also known as Carmen Simmons, Carmen Lacy and Luscious.

This past May, police raided her Ferguson home. They discovered a stripper pole, a full bar, and a VIP room used for lap dances and sex. That was her son’s bedroom. While his room was in use, police say the teenage boy served as bartender. It was called the “Yes we can” social club.
