Algerian Islamists Who Decapitated Frenchman Last Week Pledge Allegiance to #ISIS

Jund al-Khilafa, the Algerian Islamist group that beheaded a French hostage last week, pledged allegiance to the Islamic State today.

French hostage Hervé Gourdel, 55, was a photographer and mountain guide. Last week the ISIS-linked group beheaded him and posted the video online.
