Organized looters moved south into the City of St. Louis last night.
A Shoe Carnival on Bamberger Avenue was looted late last night.
An unarmed security guard saw looting at Shoe Carnival in St. Louis City last night and called police. Looters also targeted a Radio Shack on the same strip.
Ten to 15 cars with nearly 30 people pulled up, broke into the store and stole multiple pairs of shoes. The suspects also attempted to rob a nearby Radio Shack but were scared off by a security guard.
