Democrat Eleanor Holmes Norton told a congressional hearing Friday that Americans “don’t have a right to know everything” that goes on in government.

“You don’t have a right to know everything in a separation-of-powers government, my friend. That is the difference between a parliamentary government and a separation-of-powers government.”

That’s just crazy. She has no idea what she’s talking about. She just doesn’t like nosy Americans prodding into governmental affairs.
A typical progressive.
