Eric Cantor to Step Down as House Majority Leader in July

Rep. Eric Cantor (R-VA) will step down as the House majority leader at the end of July, according to a Republican lawmaker familiar with his plans.

Cantor unexpectedly lost his primary bid on Tuesday to challenger Dave Brat.

Then he went to have coffee with lobbyists.
