About that same time a baby was born on I-285 in Atlanta in snow traffic on the way to the hospital.
CBS Local reported:

A baby was born on the side of the interstate while stuck in traffic Tuesday evening.

The baby girl was delivered by her father and a police officer around 5:25 p.m. on I-285 near Riverside Drive in Sandy Springs.

The delivery was done in the parent’s car that was stranded because of snow and ice.

Emergency personnel arrived after the baby was delivered and the mother and baby were taken to an area hospital.

The baby was born without complications.
