Smartest. President. EVAR!
Obama: If a worker shut down a manufacturing plant until they got what they wanted, they’d be fired. Watch live: http://t.co/4DWGiJMVCO

The video evidence:
Q: Can I be fired for being on strike?
A: It is illegal for the employer to fire anyone for participating in a concerted action like a strike. This means that permanent, probationary, and extra help workers including student workers are protected. Before members agree to return to work, the union will negotiate an “amnesty agreement” to protect all supporters.
Someone should tell the President.
But then, he’s never really been concerned with what’s legal and what isn’t, has he?
