Police are not engaged in a manhunt.
I talked to the chief. They have recovered the gun at the scene, and are not engaged in a manhunt.

UPDATE: Authorities say it was an apparent murder-suicide.
UPDATE: The building houses several businesses.
The building, a former movie theater turned business incubator, houses five to 10 small companies including an attorney, an African bazaar and a home health company, said Anne McCullough, who works with the Cherokee Street Business Association. She didn’t know which company the shooting happened in, but said police had told her it was a “targeted” incident and not random violence.
